Colleen is a native of Manhattan Beach and attended all of the local schools while Tim has been working and living in Manhattan Beach for the past 27 years. Colleen has 27 years experience in contract negotiation while Tim has fifteen years of sales and marketing. Andrew has joined our team in 2010 after graduating from UCSB with a degree in Communications and a minor in Athletic Coaching.
